Between 2018-2020, I lived and worked at Grizzly Peak Stables. This was an old horse ranch located on 18 acres in the hills between Berkeley and Orinda with over 70 stables, and was surrounded by open land and a network of trails. The ranch hadn’t been in business for at least 15 years, so I was able to build a resin studio on the property. These photos are some glimpses into the process of making art on the ranch.
